1. Our Commitment to Transparency

At SandPra, “Trust & Integrity” is our primary core value. We believe that digital ecosystems should be built on a foundation of open information and honesty. This Transparency Report is published to share our internal standards, platform statistics, and operations with our community.

2. Data Security & Privacy Requests

We take data security very seriously. We store user data in highly secure MongoDB Atlas databases with encryption-at-rest and strict VPC peering restrictions.

  • Government Requests for User Data: We comply with legal law enforcement queries only when accompanied by a valid, legally binding court order. To date, SandPra has received zero (0) government requests for user data access.
  • User Data Deletion Requests: Any user can request complete deletion of their account data on any of our ecosystem products. We process these requests within 48 hours of verification.

3. Fair Play & Gaming Integrity

On our competitive gaming platform, SandPra.Tournament, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against hacking, emulation-cheating, and teaming:

  • All prize pool payouts are verified manually by game arbiters before distribution.
  • Anti-cheat monitoring scripts verify match telemetry to detect abnormal behavior.
  • To date, over 99.4% of our matches have been logged as fully fair-play verified, with cheat accounts permanently hardware-banned from the platform.

4. Payment Security & Payouts

Through SandPra.PayForm, we process digital transactions securely via our integration with Cashfree Payments:

  • We utilize PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
  • All transaction failure refunds are auto-credited back to the user within 3-5 business days.
  • We maintain a chargeback rate of less than 0.12% across all form submissions.

5. Education Trust & Tutor Verification

On SandPra.TutorConnect, we verify all tutors before they can connect with students:

  • We verify academic credentials (degrees, certificates).
  • We perform identity checks to ensure a safe learning environment for students.
  • Over 98% of tutor bookings have been rated 4.5/5 stars or higher by students and parents.
